This phase introduces a 10-story high-rise reserved for those earning up to 70% of the area median income, featuring 124 affordable units comprising 91 one-bedrooms, 25 two-bedrooms, and eight 3-bedrooms. A two-story parking garage, connected by a skybridge, includes 196 spaces and 18 electric vehicle charging stations. Amenities encompass community rooms, laundry facilities, a cybercafé, a fitness room, a rooftop terrace, and on-site management offices.
