Falls at Gulfstream has been undergoing construction since the fourth quarter of 2020. The multi-purpose development will be both residential and commercial space. The development’s total cost is an estimated $51 million.
The development’s architect is BC Architects. The construction company overseeing the project is Taplin Development Corp. Both of these agencies are located in South Florida. They initially submitted a proposal for the building’s development sometime in 2019.
The building will consist of 320 residential units and 150 hotel units. The hotel units will be managed by Marriot and will comprise the first five stories. Marriot presently has 320 hotels throughout the country.
Approximately 5,871 square feet will be allotted for commercial space. Although there is no clear information about what this commercial space will be, it will likely consist of bars and restaurants, according to local sources.
The building will be 23 stories above grade, making it one of the tallest buildings in the area.
The physical location of the development will be 900 South Federal Highway, Hallandale Beach, FL 333062. It will be located in Broward County, Florida, one of the largest counties in the nation.

this clearly isn’t in Pompano Beach w/ Gulfstream in the name…the address is correct but this is in Hallandale Beach, across from the Racetrack.
