Sales Launch For Kolter Urban’s 42-Story Art House At 200 Central Avenue In St. Petersburg

Palm Beach-based real estate development and investment firm Kolter Urban announces the launch of sales at Art House St. Petersburg, a 42-story luxury condominium development located at 200 Central Avenue in the heart of Downtown St. Petersburg. Designed by SB Architects with interiors by ID & Design International, the 450-foot-tall residential tower will become one of the tallest in the city and include 244 spacious, luxury residences with several unique floor plans and three floors of penthouses. Art House will showcase an impressive collection of private resident amenities, an architecturally striking covered entry with a three-story 28-foot arrival plaza, approximately 6,000 square feet of street-level retail/restaurant space with frontage on Central Avenue and a 482-space parking garage.
