BH3 Management and New Jersey-based U.S. Development have plans for two towers in Clearwater, FL. The unnamed venture will comprise two nine-story buildings offering a total of 86 luxury units.

According to TBBW, homes will span 2,000 to 5,500 square feet, with the average square footage being just under 3,000 square feet. Prices range from $2 million to $10 million. Communal amenities include a resort-style swimming pool and a 270-foot-wide private beach.

Future residents will also enjoy the many off-site amenities, as the two towers are located at the base of the Sand Key Bridge, known for its proximity to local shops and restaurants. Our sources indicate that condo sales are expected to launch later this year. Coral Gables-based BC Architects designed the buildings.

The two developers purchased the 3.2-acre property for $24.75 million earlier in the first quarter of 2024. They stated that this is the first luxury condo to launch in Clearwater Beach within the last few years. The parcel was previously home to the Fisherman’s Wharf restaurant.

St. Pete Rising indicates that vertical construction is expected to start in 2025. The venture’s address is 551 South Gulfview Boulevard, Clearwater, FL, 33767, in Pinellas County. It’ll be south of both the Clearwater Marine Aquarium and Caladesi Island State Park.
