The developer, Whale & Star Wynwood Owner LLC, acquired the property for $24 million in 2023. The proposed eight-story building would cover 246,307 square feet, including 214 hotel rooms, 87 condominium units, 11,350 square feet of commercial space, and 87 parking spaces.
