Developer Horizon at NoMi LLC has secured a $48 million construction loan for the Residences at NoMi, an affordable housing development for seniors in North Miami.
Lincoln Gardens, a $41.2 million affordable housing development, is still unfolding in Miami’s Brownsville neighborhood. Per the venture’s website, the three-phase community unveiled the first portion in 2022, offering 134 garden-style apartments and eight rental townhomes.
Habitat for Humanity has 64 homes in its St. Petersburg pipeline. The largest community is a venture called “Pelican Cove.” It has 44 units divided among multiple three-story townhomes, with units measuring 1,000 to 1,300 square feet each.

A large affordable housing development is currently under construction in Bradenton, Florida. The Savoy at 301 will offer 248 residences for seniors. Per Rycon Construction Inc., homes comprise one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layout plans.
