Dezer Development and Bentley Motors announce the launch of a 12,000-square-foot sales gallery for the upcoming Bentley Residences, a 749-foot-tall ultra-luxury condominium tower designed by Sieger Suarez Architects set to be constructed at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. The first phase of the $10 million sales gallery is set to debut later this month as the developer wraps up construction, located just a short walk away from the site future tower at 18325 Collins Avenue and prepped to include a full-scale 6,000-square-foot model of a unit at Bentley residences, a theatre and a brokers’ lounge. Bentley Residences will stand 62 stories over the Sunny Isles Beach ocean front and will yield 216 luxury residences, soon to take the crown for the tallest residential building on a beachfront in the United States.
