The first phase of the $10 million sales gallery is set to debut later this month as the developer wraps up construction, located just a short walk away from the site future tower at 18325 Collins Avenue and prepped to include a full-scale 6,000-square-foot model of a unit at Bentley residences, a theatre and a brokers’ lounge.
