Sidley Austin LLP, an international law firm with almost $3 billion in revenue and 20 offices worldwide, has confirmed that it is opening its 21st office in Miami. Sidley will join the growing roster of world-leading professional services firms and other companies at 830 Brickell, the new 55-story Class-A+ office tower nearing completion in Miami’s Brickell Financial District. Sidley signed a three-floor, 60,000 square-foot lease at the 55-story tower, marking the largest new-to-market office lease signed in the city’s urban core this year. The building, developed in partnership by OKO Group and Cain International, is the first stand-alone Class A+ office tower to be built in Miami’s Brickell Financial District in over a decade and is nearly 70 percent leased ahead of its late-2022 completion.

Construction has topped off on 830 Brickell, a 55-story Class A+ office tower underway in Miami’s Brickell Financial District. Designed by renowned architecture firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill and Revuelta Architecture International as the architect of record, with interiors by Italian architecture and design company Iosa Ghini Associati, and developed in partnership by OKO Group and Cain International, the 724-foot-tall structure will yield 640,000 square feet of space and now stands as the tallest office building in Brickell and the first standalone office building to be developed in Miami’s urban core in more than a decade. Civic Construction Company Inc. is the general contractor and is projecting to complete construction later this year.

Canadian asset and wealth management firm CI Financial Corp has doubled the size of its planned office space at 830 Brickell, a 55-story Class A-plus office building under construction in the heart of Miami’s Brickell Financial District designed by renowned architecture firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill, with interiors by Italian architecture and design company Iosa Ghini Associati. Just months after signing a 20,000 square-foot lease that will house the firm’s U.S. headquarters, CI Financial has expanded with an additional floor. The new office will total approximately 40,000 square feet. The firm’s expansion further solidifies 830 Brickell as the address of choice for financial, professional services, and global firms looking to establish or grow their presence in South Florida. The 724-foot-tall tower, which is being developed by a joint venture between OKO Group and Cain International, is expected to top out soon and is slated for completion later this year with Civic Construction as the general contractor.

Located on the southwest corner of Brickell Plaza (Southeast 1st Avenue) and Southeast 8th Street, the 650,000-square-foot tower is designed by acclaimed firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture with Revuelta Architecture International as the architect of record, and is being developed between OKO Group and Cain International. The reinforced concrete superstructure is projected to top out at 724-feet, and feature lavish interiors by Italian designer Iosa Ghini Associati. Civic Construction Company Inc. is the general contractor.

The Canadian asset and wealth management firm has announced the signing of a 20,000-square-foot lease as they plan to establish a headquarters in the U.S. within Miami’s Financial District. The 724-foot-tall is designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gil with Revuelta Architecture International as the executive architect for developers OKO Group and Cain International, the duo behind Missoni Baia and Una Residences, and Italian architecture and design firm Iosa Ghini Associati is handling interiors.
