The milestone signifies the start of construction for the transformative mixed-use development located at the gateway of Downtown Delray Beach. On February 22, Pebb Capital, development partners, community members, and city officials gathered at the project site, 22 West Atlantic Avenue, for the official groundbreaking ceremony. Delray Beach Mayor Shelly Petrolia and Downtown Development Authority Executive Director Laura Simon were special guests at the ceremony. Bluewater Builders will serve as the general contractor, with delivery anticipated for the summer of 2024.

L&L Holding Company and Oak Row Equities announced they have closed on $215 million in construction financing for The Wynwood Plaza, a one-million-square-foot campus that will bring class-AAA office, residential, retail, and outdoor space to 95 NW 29th Street in Miami’s famed Wynwood Arts District. The developers, alongside project partner Shorenstein Properties LLC and co-investor Claure Group, secured the loan from Bank OZK. With full project financing now in place, major construction will commence immediately, with anticipated completion in 2025.

An application has been filed requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new five-story mixed-use building at 1920 Alton Road in South Beach, Miami Beach. Designed by Gensler and developed by Alton Office Holdings II, LLC, the project would consist of approximately 25,223 square feet of Class A office space, approximately 8,284 square feet of ground floor restaurant space, 13,271 square feet of residential space split across three units, and a screened-in parking garage with 45 spaces on the second level of the building. Kimley-Horn is listed as the landscape architect and civil engineer.
