Soon, two single-family homes could be demolished to make way for a seven-story residential building in Hollywood, Florida. The $8 million venture will comprise more than 48,000 square feet of new construction and offer 53 homes.

Construction has ended on Hudson Village in Hollywood, Florida. Gomez Construction Company started working on the venture in Summer 2020 and finished construction nearly two years later. It cost about $13.6 million to build. Housing Trust Group, LLC is the owner.
Construction began on Icon Office Building in June 2021. The four-story building will require 72,000 square feet of construction and rest on a .44-acre lot.
