Ground has officially broken on Elemi at Grove Village, a multifamily housing complex in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood. The five-story building will offer 46 apartments, ranging from 965 square feet to 1,535 square feet.
Located at 161 Northwest 28th Street in Wynwood, a one-acre development is set to take shape as Bel Invest, an international real estate investment and development entity with a portfolio in Italy, Spain, Germany, and the United States, collaborates with Diesel, the renowned Italian fashion and lifestyle brand, to lay the groundwork for the Diesel Wynwood condominium project. Envisioned by the esteemed Zyscovich Architects, the eight-story structure will occupy approximately 323,633 square feet, comprising 159 residential units and a substantial 15,889 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Nestled on the northern boundary of Northwest 28th Street, between Northwest 1st and 2nd Avenues, the development’s site stands directly opposite its existing sales center. The Federal Aviation Administration has approved permits for the assemblage and use of three tower cranes at 103 Ashley Drive South in Downtown Tampa. The tower cranes will assist in the vertical construction of Pendry Tampa, a 38-story luxury hotel and residential building planned for a 1.69-acre site beside the Hillsborough River bound by Ashley Drive South on the east, West Whiting Street on the north, East Brorein Street on the south and the Tampa Riverwalk on the west. Designed by world renown architecture firm Arquitectonica with interior design by Studio Munge and developed by South Florida-based real estate development firm Two Roads Development in partnership with Montage International, the California-based hospitality company behind Pendry Hotels & Resorts, the 409-foot-tall structure will yield a 5-star hotel with 220 guest rooms, 207 private Pendry Residences, three signature food and beverage offerings, riverwalk-fronting retail and restaurant outlets alongside more than 11,000 square feet of private event space. Kimley-Horn is the landscape architect and Montage Hotels & Resorts will handle residential management.
Royal Palm Companies (RPC) purchased the neighboring 7,500-square-foot parcel of land at 61 Northeast 9th Street beside Legacy Hotel & Residences (Legacy) at Miami Worldcenter to expand its 10-floor $100 million first-of-its-kind Blue Zones Medical and Wellbeing Center to be even more expansive than previously planned. The property was purchased by 61 NE 9TH STREET LLC, an entity linked to RPC, for $4,450,000 from SIN BIN INC Given the impressive demand for preventative medicine and wellness, Dan Kodsi and his team are catering to the demand through expanding the center by 60%. The original plans called for 100,000 square feet of space, and will now span 160,000 square feet.
