300 Banyan Boutique Office Tower Begins Construction In Downtown West Palm Beach

Brand Atlantic Real Estate Partners and Wheelock Street Capital are proud to announce the start of construction for 300 Banyan, a 12-story boutique office development located at 300 Banyan Boulevard in the Clematis Waterfront District in West Palm Beach. Designed by Toronto-based B+H Architects Corp. and West local architect Spina ORourke + Partners, plans include 100,000 square feet of Class-A office, 15,000 square feet of private outdoor terrace space, and a 300-space parking garage. 300 Banyan is the second phase of Brand Atlantic’s two-phase, mixed-use commercial development, with 111 Olive already under construction and delivering at the end of 2022. Delivery and occupancy of 300 Banyan are scheduled for early 2024, and pre-leasing efforts for the office space will commence Q3 of 2022. Gilbane Building Co. is the general contractor.

Citadel Revealed As Buyer Of 2.5-Acre Development Site At 1201 Brickell Bay Drive In Miami

The buyer behind the last remaining prime water front development site in Brickell, 1201 Brickell Bay Drive, has been revealed to be Citadel, a multinational hedge fund and asset management company led by CEO Ken Griffin. The 2.5-acre site sold for a record-breaking $363 million back in April 2022, but the buyer’s identity was hidden behind a Chicago-based limited liability company. Miami-Dade County property records now show the site was sold by TWJ 1201 LLC, an entity linked to Tibor Hollo’s Florida East Coast Realty (FECR), to 1201 Brickell Bay LLC. Hollo paid $15,500,000 for the site nearly 22 years ago, yielding an approximate 2300% profit.

Innovation Tower’s Exterior Nears Completion At 225 E. Rollins Street In North Orange, Orlando

Exterior work is nearing the finish line on Innovation Tower, a 12-story state-of-the-art medical office building at 225 East Rollins Street in North Orange, Orlando. Designed by HuntonBrady Architects and developed by Peachtree Corners, Georgia-based Meadows & Ohly, the 149-foot-tall structure will yield 326,000 square feet of space housing a mix of medical offices, research and testing centers, healthcare centers and hospital uses. The project is part of AdventHealth’s 172-acre Health Village community just minutes north of Downtown Orlando that comprises apartments, a hotel, additional hospital beds, medical office spaces, general office space and retail shops. Batson-Cook Construction is the general contractor.
