Sant Ambroeus to Open First Miami Location at The Fifth Miami Beach

Sumaida + Khurana and Bizzi + Bilgili have announced that Sant Ambroeus will open its first Miami location at The Fifth Miami Beach. The restaurant and coffee bar will occupy over 7,000 square feet at the base of this Class A+ office building designed by Alberto Campo Baeza. Expected to open in late 2025, Sant Ambroeus is renowned for its contemporary interpretation of traditional Milanese cuisine, elegant atmosphere, and exceptional service. This space will feature designs by Giampiero Tagliaferri, known for his work with Oliver Peoples, Brunello Cucinelli, and the Aspen location of Sant Ambroeus.

Application Seeking Design Review Approval Filed For Planned Office Building At 1100 5th Street In Miami Beach

An application has been filed seeking design review approval for a new 5-story commercial office building at 1100 5th Street in the South of Fifth neighborhood of Miami Beach. Designed by Eduardo Souta de Moura with Zyscovich Architects serving as the executive architect, and developed by Sumaida + Khurana in partnership with property owners Roslyn and Norton Nesis and Robert and Miriam Weiss of Weiss Properties, the approximate 80-foot-tall structure is planned to yield roughly 101,424 square feet in total size of gross new construction area with a F.A.R. of 65,274 square feet, including 43,797 square feet of office space, 7,142 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, 7,204 square feet dedicated to a ground floor restaurant, and 105 parking spaces. The Miami Beach Design Review Board is set to review the application on June 6.

Sumaida + Khurana Announces Plans For Another Office Building In Miami Beach, A First In The Americas By Pritzker Prize-Winning Architect Eduardo Souta de Moura

Internationally recognized real estate development firm Sumaida + Khurana has announced that Pritzker Prize-winning architect Eduardo Souta de Moura will design its new Class A+ office building at the corner of Fifth Street and Alton Road. This is the first building in North and South America for Souta de Moura. Sumaida + Khurana is partnering with property owners Roslyn and Norton Nesis and Robert and Miriam Weiss of Weiss Properties for the project located in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood. Aaron Butler of Avenue Real Estate Partners structured the partnership. The design team also includes Zyscovich as the executive architect and Gabellini Sheppard designing the interior architecture. Sumaida + Khurana expects to start construction in 2025, with completion expected in the following year.

Sumaida + Khurana and Bizzi+Bilgili, two internationally renowned real estate development firms, announced closing $47.25 million in construction financing from Cain International for The Fifth Miami Beach. Additional Renderings Revealed For The Fifth Miami Beach At 411 Michigan Avenue, South of Fifth

New renderings have surfaced for The Fifth Miami Beach, a new 5-story Class A+ office building scheduled to start construction soon at 411 Michigan Avenue in the South of Fifth neighborhood of Miami Beach.  Designed by renowned Spanish master architect Alberto Campo Baeza with award-winning firm Cube 3 as the executive architect and developed by a joint venture partnership between Sumaida + Khurana and Bizzi & Partners, the boutique commercial development will yield approximately 92,356 square feet, including nearly 60,000 square feet of office spaces featuring interiors by world-renowned architecture firm Gabellini Sheppard Associates. Urban Robot Associates is the landscape architect for the project, which is expected to complete construction in early 2024.
