La Baia has started construction in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida. The venture offers 68 luxury units that have already sold out, having gone on sale in October 2021. Homes range from 1,100 square feet to 2,500 square feet, offering one-bedroom to four-bedroom units.
Construction has ended on Ocean 2000 after almost four years of construction. The $92 million structure began construction in 2018, with Suffolk Construction Company Inc. working as the general contractor.
La Baia, Bay Harbor Islands, the new luxury boutique bayfront condominium and private marina by New York visionary and developer Ian Bruce Eichner, CEO of The Continuum Company, LLC, has announced that it will break ground on April 13. The Continuum Company will host a groundbreaking ceremony with Suffolk Construction, the appointed general contractor of the condominium, and La Baia’s exclusive sales brokerage Pgutman LLC headed by Phil Gutman, to commemorate the start of construction on the project site located at 9201 East Bay Harbor Drive.
Sales have officially launched for Alba Palm Beach, a 22-story waterfront residential condominium tower located at 4714 North Flagler Drive, directly along the Intracoastal Waterway in West Palm Beach. Designed by Spina O’Rourke + Partners with Schmidt Nichols as the landscape architect, and developed by BGI Companies along with Blue Road Group, the development is a collection of 55 luxury residences with two- and three-bedroom units, and four two- and three-story townhomes with four bedrooms, offering residents a variety of desirable amenities including an entire 25,500-square-foot, sixth-floor amenity level with sunrise and sunset swimming pools, as well as on-site private docks with boat slips exclusively for owners. In pre-sales, Alba Palm Beach received a strong response with more than 30 percent of the building reserved.
In less than 120 days since launching sales, 65% of residential inventory have gone into contract at La Baia, Bay Harbor Islands, an 8-story luxury boutique bay front condominium development slated for construction at 9201 East Bay Harbor Drive in the southeastern tip of Bay Harbor Islands. Designed by Luis Revuelta of Revuelta Architecture International and developed by the Continuum Company, led by visionary New York developer Ian Bruce Eichner, the project is situated along the intracoastal waterway and will contain 68 luxurious residences with 20-boat slips and over 30,000 square feet of resort-style amenities. Units will come in one- to four-bedrooms, ranging between 1,100 and 2,500 square feet and will feature well-appointed fixtures and finishes curated by New York-based Durukan Design.
