Located at 18 Northwest 11th Street in Downtown Miami, the tower will rise 44 stories, offering 659 fully furnished, turn-key residences and a distinctive 30,000 square foot, tri-level experiential entertainment and food hall on the ground floor. The development will focus on providing short-term rental flexibility and centralized management, making it a first of its kind in Miami.
