Dezer Development Announces Launch Of 12,000-Square-Foot Sales Gallery For Bentley Residences In Sunny Isles Beach

Dezer Development and Bentley Motors announce the launch of a 12,000-square-foot sales gallery for the upcoming Bentley Residences, a 749-foot-tall ultra-luxury condominium tower designed by Sieger Suarez Architects set to be constructed at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. The first phase of the $10 million sales gallery is set to debut later this month as the developer wraps up construction, located just a short walk away from the site future tower at 18325 Collins Avenue and prepped to include a full-scale 6,000-square-foot model of a unit at Bentley residences, a theatre and a brokers’ lounge. Bentley Residences will stand 62 stories over the Sunny Isles Beach ocean front and will yield 216 luxury residences, soon to take the crown for the tallest residential building on a beachfront in the United States.

1,049-Foot Supertall Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Sells 72% Of Inventory Prior To Construction

National developer Property Markets Group, along with partners Greybrook Realty Partners, Mohari Hospitality, S2 Development and global hospitality company Hilton have announced that the Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences, Florida’s upcoming first supertall skyscraper, has sold 72% of its residential inventory in just nine months. Renderings Revealed For Proposed Twin ‘DNA’ Towers With 612-Units At 300 & 330 N. Andrews Avenue In Fort Lauderdale

Renderings from Sieger Suarez Architects have been revealed for two identical towers of 40 and 45 stories proposed as a mixed-use development at 300 and 330 North Andrews Avenue in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. New York City and Fort Lauderdale-based developer BH3 is planning on developing 1,428,920 square feet of space across two 500-foot-tall structures including 612 residential units, 56,317 square feet of commercial space across the first two levels, and a 7-story parking garage with 890 parking spaces. The proposed height for the towers would add them to the ranks of the tallest buildings in Fort Lauderdale if approved. EGS2 Corp is listed as the landscaping architect with Orlando-based Graef as the civil engineer.

Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami Unveils Sky Collection

The developers of Miami’s upcoming first supertall skyscraper have unveiled the Sky Collection of residences at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences, a 1,049-foot-tall mixed-use development planned to rise 100 stories at 300 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami. The tower’s design features 9 offset glass cubes stacked upon one another, designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Carlos Ott for developers Property Markets Group (PMG), Greybrook Realty Partners, Mohari Hospitality and S2 Development. The Sky Collection is comprised of 40 luxurious residences featuring interiors designed by award-winning California-based design firm BAMO, priced from $4.9 million.

PMG Announces Pre-Leasing For 49-Story Society Biscayne In Downtown Miami

National real estate developer Property Markets Group (PMG) announces the start of pre-leasing for apartments at Society Biscayne, a 49-story mixed use building nearing completion at 400 Biscayne Boulevard. Soaring 571-feet in to Miami’s rapidly growing skyline, the project is developed in partnership with Toronto-based real estate private equity firm Greybrook Realty Partners and designed by Sieger Suarez Architects. Pre-leasing at the tower will begin on Friday December 9, 2021.
