PMG And Greybrook Shift 49-Story Downtown Miami Project To Condos And Short-Term Rentals, Launched As The Elser Hotel & Residences

National investment and development firm Property Markets Group and Toronto-based real estate private equity firm Greybrook have changed the programming for a newly completed 49-story project once known as Society Biscayne on the southwest corner of Biscayne Boulevard and Northeast 5th Street. The developers rebranded and launched the 571-foot-tall tower as The Elser Hotel & Residences and the property is now addressed as 398 Northeast 5th Street. The newly completed tower offers 646 fully furnished residences, over 19,000 square feet of curated amenities and 5,000 square feet of prime retail space. PMG Residential is the exclusive sales team for the property, with residences priced from the $600,000’s or the equivalent cryptocurrency exchange rate.

PMG And Sentral Partner Up For Dual-Tower, 1.5-Million-Square-Foot Mixed-Use Development At 130 SW 8th Street In Brickell, Miami

National investment, development, and asset management firm Property Markets Group (PMG), and Sentral, the rapidly expanding prop-tech company creating the world’s largest flexible living community, announced a partnership to develop a two-phase, 803-unit multifamily community with more than 15,000 square feet of retail space in the heart of Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. The acquisition of the site at 130 Southwest 8th Street will mark Sentral and PMG’s first partnership, as well as Sentral’s first purpose-built development as part of the brand’s national expansion. Phase one includes a 550-foot-tall, 46-story tower with 570 units and will break ground in late 2022, with completion slated in late 2024. Phase two will include a 380-foot-tall, 31-story tower with 233 units.

FAA Building Permits Filed For 500-Foot-Tall DNA Towers In Fort Lauderdale

Miami-based BH3 Management (BH3) has applied for building permits with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for DNA Towers, a planned mixed-use development encompassing twin multifamily towers of 40 and 45 stories set to reside at 300 North Andrews Avenue in Fort Lauderdale. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects with landscaping from EGS2 Corp, plans call for two 500-foot-tall structures comprising just over 1.4 million square feet including 612 residential units, approximately 60,000 square feet of  prime experiential retail and commercial space, and a 7-story parking garage with 890 parking spaces. DNA Towers are proposed to become two of the tallest buildings in Fort Lauderdale, surpassing the current tallest, the 499-foot-tall 100 Las Olas.
