Final Touches Underway For Moinian Group’s 43-Story Bezel At Miami Worldcenter

The final touches are underway at Bezel, a 43-story mixed-use building located within the 27-acre Miami Worldcenter Complex in Downtown Miami’s Park West district. Designed by Stantec and developed by New York City-based Moinian Group in collaboration with ZOM Living, the 493-foot-tall structure nears completion, addressed as 650 Northeast 2nd Avenue and yielding 434 residential units with ground floor commercial space. The project is scheduled to open to residents on December 15th as leasing efforts are well underway.

Another project is making steady strides towards reaching completion in Miami’s Wynwood Art District; Introducing Strata Wynwood, a 12-story, mixed-use development currently under construction. The site is addressed as 2201 North Miami Avenue, and sits right on the border of Wynwood and Edgewater, bounded by Northeast 23rd Street to the north and Northeast 22nd Street to the south, and Brightline train tracks to the west. Construction continues on Bezel at Miami Worldcenter, a 43-story, 434-unit luxury residential tower in Downtown Miami. Designed by Stantec and developed by the Moinian Group in collaboration with ZOM Living, the 493-foot-tall structure is addressed as 650 Northeast 2nd Avenue, standing on the southwest corner of what once was Northeast 7th Street, diagonally across the street from the Freedom Tower at Miami-Dade College.

Applications Submitted To Design Review Board For 14-Story Tower At Flamingo Point In South Beach

Applications have been submitted to the Design Review Board of Miami Beach for the proposal of a new 13-story residential tower at Flamingo Point in South Beach, Miami Beach. Located just north of 1508 Bay Road and along the waterfront, the building would rise on the northern end of the apartment complex, adjacent to an existing parking garage and Biscayne Bay to the east.
