On Thursday, October 27, New York and Miami-based Aria Development Group, in partnership with AQARAT, one of Kuwait’s leading real estate companies, celebrated the grand opening of YotelPad Miami with a party-themed all things 305. Located 227 Northeast 2nd Street in the heart of Downtown Miami, the stylish 31-story mixed-use project, designed by Stantec, was the first new construction condominium in the area to offer buyers the option to rent out their units for short-term stays without restrictions. The location consists of 222 Yotel rooms and 231 residence-style pads. YotelPad Miami is the brand’s second pad location worldwide following the 2020 opening of YotelPad Park City, marking the sixth location in the US and 21st globally.

Two Tower Crane Permits Issued To Denver-Based Aimco For 60-Story Hamilton On The Bay Apartment Tower

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued permits for two tower cranes to build Hamilton on the Bay II, a 649-foot-tall apartment tower soon to rise at 640 Northeast 34th Street in Edgewater, Miami. Designed by Stantec with interiors by Urvanx and landscaping by MAKwork for Denver-based real estate developer Aimco, the 60-story tower will have 241 residential units, 4,696-square-feet of commercial space for a restaurant and a parking garage for 380 vehicles. The planned development will rise on nearly 1.1-acres of combined land parcels between 560 and 640 Northeast 34th Streets, across the street from the developer’s 28-story ‘The Hamilton’ recently renovated apartment tower and directly facing Biscayne Bay.

Frisbie Group And Hines Officially Launch Sales For South Flagler House In West Palm Beach

Palm Beach-based real estate investment firm Frisbie Group and global real estate company Hines have officially launched sales for South Flagler House, a pair of majestic 28-story ultra luxury condominium towers anticipated to rise at 1355 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. The residential project is masterfully designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA), the first luxury high-rise in Florida for the globally renowned architecture firm, along side Stantec as the architect of record. There will be 89 residences in total featuring carefully curated interiors by New York-based Pembrooke & Ives.
