The Related Group and Merrimac Ventures have successfully secured a substantial $94.2 million in funding for the vertical construction of The Crosby, which is poised to add more density to the ongoing developments at Miami Worldcenter. The residential tower is set to ascend 33 stories high and is expected to top off at around 377 feet above ground, or 390 feet above sea level, according to building permits filed with the FAA in January. The Arkansas-based Bank OZK provided the loan to DT G Block LLC, a joint venture entity affiliated with the developers. Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates and AVRO|KO is in charge of the architectural design and interiors of the project, respectively. The Crosby, which broke ground earlier this year, is slated to offer 450 fully furnished, ready-to-rent residences and 3,370 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.
The Related Group of Florida has partnered with Airbnb on a 37-story venture in Miami-Dade County. District 225 will comprise 347 short-term rentals, ranging from studios to two-bedroom accommodations.
Six Fisher Island is a luxury 11-story building aiming for a 2025 delivery. Designed by Kobi Karp, the high-rise venture will comprise 50 residences, ranging from three-bedroom to five-bedroom layout plans.
Renderings have been revealed for Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach, a planned 10-story boutique condominium at 1180 Hillsboro Mile in Hillsboro Beach, Broward County. Developed by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts in partnership with industry leaders Related Group and Dezer Development, the project will feature 92 waterfront condominium homes and villas just two miles from Boca Raton and Pompano Beach. This prime location will offer owners unparalleled access to picturesque beaches, golf courses, and pristine natural surroundings. The project is scheduled for completion in 2026.
