The St. Regis Residences, Miami is a luxury housing development unfolding in Miami, Florida. Sources report that the multi-million-dollar venture could start construction in late 2023. Construction continues to progress on Wynwood Haus, a 20-story mixed-use development located at 1765 North Miami Avenue that just recently topped out in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. The 222-foot-tall structure is designed by a Corwil Architects with landscaping from Enzo Enea, and developed by a joint venture partnership between Lineaire Group, Black Salmon Capital and Bridge Investment Group. 224 rental units will come in studios, one and two bedrooms floor plans ranging from 394 to 945 square feet, accompanied by amenities, a 222-vehicle parking garage and 5,500 square feet of ground floor commercial space.
Vertical construction is expected to begin this fall for Baccarat Residences Miami, a 75-story luxury condominium tower planned for 99 Southeast 5th Street in Brickell, Miami’s Financial District. Designed by Miami-based international architecture firm Arquitectonica and developed by Related Group in collaboration with French luxury brand and fine crystal manufacturer Baccarat, the 848-foot-tall superstructure will yield approximately 806,326 square feet of space including 318 condominium residences, 8 penthouses, 28 riverfront flats and duplexes, 73,000 square feet of amenities and a 10,000-square-foot waterfront ground floor restaurant. New York City-based Meyer Davis is handling interiors and Enzo Enea is the landscape architect. John Moriarty and Associates of Florida Inc. is the general contractor.

Designed by Luis Revuelta of Revuelta Architecture International and developed by the Continuum Company, led by visionary New York developer Ian Bruce Eichner, the project is situated along the intracoastal waterway and will contain 68 luxurious residences with 20-boat slips and over 30,000 square feet of resort-style amenities.
