Miami’s Building Department has recently issued a construction permit for The Crosby, an upcoming 33-story mixed-use building located within Miami Worldcenter at 601 North Miami Avenue in downtown Miami. Designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates Architects with interiors envisioned by AvroKO and developed by DT G Block LLC, a joint venture between Related Group and Merrimac Ventures, the 377-foot-tall structure will encompass 450 condominium units, accommodating short-term rentals, along with more than 22,000 square feet of amenities, a rooftop bar and restaurant, and 3,370 square feet of retail space. Notably, the development will omit parking facilities. Beauchamp Construction serves as the general contractor.

Property Markets Group and E11EVEN Partners have secured a hefty $262 million construction loan and turned the first dirt on their second tower, E11EVEN Residences Beyond. This significant step forward paves the way for adding a remarkable 700-foot, 65-story skyscraper to Miami’s skyline, set to rise at 90 Northeast 11th Street in District 11 at Park West. The Related Group and Merrimac Ventures have successfully secured a substantial $94.2 million in funding for the vertical construction of The Crosby, which is poised to add more density to the ongoing developments at Miami Worldcenter. The residential tower is set to ascend 33 stories high and is expected to top off at around 377 feet above ground, or 390 feet above sea level, according to building permits filed with the FAA in January. The Arkansas-based Bank OZK provided the loan to DT G Block LLC, a joint venture entity affiliated with the developers. Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates and AVRO|KO is in charge of the architectural design and interiors of the project, respectively. The Crosby, which broke ground earlier this year, is slated to offer 450 fully furnished, ready-to-rent residences and 3,370 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.

The second E11EVEN-branded tower being planned by national investment and development firm Property Markets Group and E11EVEN Partners, led by Michael Simkins and Marc Roberts, is now under review by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The 65-story structure, dubbed E11Even Residences Beyond, is proposed to rise 699-feet, or 709-feet above sea level at 90 Northeast 11th Street in Miami’s Park West district, mirroring the planned height and floor count of the first tower, E11EVEN Hotel & Residences. 461 condominiums are planned to be developed from this project, which is designed by Sieger Suarez Architects with award-winning design firm AvroKO Hospitality Group handling interiors. The developers applied for building permits on June 29, 2022.

Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects and developed between New York City and Miami-based Property Markets Group and E11EVEN Partners, the edifice is expected to rise 699-feet elevated 10-feet above sea level and yield 375 fully-furnished residences with interiors by AvroKO. The development team, sales team and city officials gathered at the official groundbreaking ceremony for the project on the evening of October 11, 2021, featuring performances by CeeLo Green and a fire dancer.
