Palm Beach, Florida-based real estate development and investment firm Kolter Urban announced the topping off of Bayso Sarasota, an 18-story luxury condominium tower located at 301 Quay Commons in the heart of The Quay Sarasota Waterfront District in Sarasota, Florida. Designed by SB Architects, Bayso Sarasota is the region’s latest luxury address offering 149 residences within the city’s Arts and Culture District, a walkable waterfront setting with proximity to marinas and top dining and entertainment destinations. Kast Construction is the general contractor for the project, slated for completion in Q3 2023.

Construction is complete on Hyde Park House, a 22-story residential building at 2103 Bayshore Boulevard in Tampa’s historic and upscale Hyde Park neighborhood. Designed by SB Architects and developed by Kolter Urban, a division of Palm Beach County-based The Kolter Group, the approximately 347,241-square-foot building rises 228 feet and contains 70 expansive luxury residences ranging from two to three-bedroom apartments as well as penthouse units with four bedrooms. The project fronts Hillsborough Bay, just minutes away from Downtown Tampa by car, and is bound by South De Soto Avenue to the east, South Howard Avenue to the west, and Bayshore Boulevard to the south. Leasing Launches For Strata Wynwood At 21 Northeast 22nd Street In Miami’s Wynwood Arts District

Leasing has launched for Strata Wynwood, a recently completed 12-story mixed-use development at 21 Northeast 22nd Street in the heart of the Wynwood Arts District. Architecturally designed by Stantec with interiors envisioned by Mary Cook Associates for developers CIM Group and One Real Estate Investment, the property comprises 257 residential rental apartments, 61,503 square feet of Class A office space and 33,474 square feet of ground-floor retail. Leasing operations and property management are being led by Bozzuto, while Rockhill Management, L.L.C. (Rockhill), is serving as the management team for the commercial and retail components. The building began welcoming it’s first residents in March, with 50% of units already under leases.
