Mayla Cypress Creek Apartments Proposed For 6261 NW 6th Way In Fort Lauderdale

A site plan application has been filed with the Department of Sustainable Development-Urban Design & Planning for Mayla Cypress Creek, a 7-story mixed-use building proposed for 6261 Northwest 6th Way in the Uptown Business District of Fort Lauderdale. The developer behind the applications is real estate investment firm Grover Corlew, who’s seeking approvals from the Development Review Committee for an approximately 82-foot tall structure spanning 580,194 square feet. Designed by MSA Architects, the project would include 312 residential units, adequate amenities and communal spaces, and an attached parking garage with 586 spaces.

Design For 271-Unit ‘Harborside At Hidden Harbour’ Under Review In Pompano Beach

The Architectural Appearance Committee of Pompano Beach will review renderings and design proposals for Haborside at Hidden Harbour, two 8-story mixed-use buildings wrapping around the southeast corner of North Federal Highway and Northeast 16th Street near Pompano Beach Airport. Designed by MSA Architects for for Palm Beach Gardens-based developer Southern Marinas, the development will yield 536,337 square feet of space including 271 residential units, 13,539 square feet of commercial/retail space and 512 parking spaces. The property is located on the western end of the Caliban Canal, also known as the Hidden Harbour Marina, and approximately addressed as 1530 North Federal Highway.

Trammell Crow Residential’s 250-Unit Alexan Miramar Approved For 3100 SW 145th Avenue In Broward County

The City Commission of Miramar has approved rezoning efforts from Dallas-based Trammell Crow Residential, which rezones two parcels of land totaling 17.16 acres located on the northwest corner of Miramar Parkway and Southwest 145th Avenue in Broward County. First reported by The Real Deal, the Commission unanimously voted to rezone the development site from Community Business (B2) to Mixed-Use Low (ML), that of which includes an existing 4-story office building and the 9-acre section of land that the developer intendeds to improve with two 6-story residential buildings called the Alexan Miramar.

Chicago-based Fifield Realty Corp Submits Plans For 210-Unit ‘Wynwood Station’ At 45 Northeast 27th Street

Chicago-based Fifield Realty Corp has filed plans to develop a 210-unit mixed-use project in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. The development is planned to rise 92-feet spanning 8 floors at 45 Northeast 27th Street, nestled in between North Miami Avenue and Brightline train tracks with frontage on Northeast 28th Street to the north. MSA Architects is listed as the architect for the building with Architectural Alliance Landscape responsible for landscaping. Officially named Wynwood Station, plans call for 331,846 square feet of space including 11,576 square feet of ground floor retail, 27,486 square feet of amenities and a parking garage for 283 vehicles.
