Additional Renderings And Schematics Revealed For 501 First Residences In UDRB Application

Just a month after the unveiling, Aria Development Group has submitted applications to the Urban Development Review Board seeking approvals for the construction of  their upcoming 40-story tower known as 501 First Residences in Downtown Miami. Designed by renown architect Revuelta Architecture International with interiors by Shim Projects, the development is located at 501 Northeast 1st Avenue, at the south-western corner of the interior lot including the addresses 121 NE 5th St. and 515 NW 2st Ave. The tower is expected to yield 393,912 square feet, including 448 fully furnished luxury residential units and 3,127 square feet of commercial space.

8-Story Residential Building Proposed For Princeton Crossing In The Princeton Community Urban Center District

Miami-Dade County’s Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources is now reviewing applications seeking approval for the construction of Princeton Crossing, an 8-story residential building planned to rise at the intersection of SW 252nd Street and what will eventually be SW 138th Avenue in the Princeton Community Urban Center District. The developer, 22 Princeton, LLC., intends to build 150 residences and on-grade parking on 22.61 acres of currently vacant land. Behar Font & Partners is the design architect for this project.

Plans have been submitted to the Urban Development Review Board of Miami seeking approvals for Evvo House Miami Hotel, a 12-story mixed-use building to be located at 8001 Northeast Bayshore Court in the Upper East Side, Miami. The property’s interior lot faces Biscayne Bay to the east, bounded by the intersection between NE Bayshore Court. and NE 80st Street, also within close proximity to the John F. Kennedy Causeway along NE 79th Street that crosses over to Normandy Isles. 8001 Bayshore Group LLC, an affiliate company of Standard Partners LLC, is listed as the owner of the applications.

Magellan Housing & Miami Heat Star Udonis Haslem Jointly Developing Wynwood Works With OMNI CRA

Magellan Housing and Miami Heat star and power forward Udonis Haslem are teaming up to develop Wynwood Works, a 12-story mixed-use building addressed as 2035 North Miami Avenue in the Wynwood Arts District of Miami. The structure will eventually rise on vacant land owned by OMNI Community Redevelopment Agency (OMNI CRA) and is designed by Studio MC+G Architecture. The site is roughly bounded by the border between NW and NE 20th Street to the south, Brightline high speed rail tracks to the east, and the cornering of  NW 21 Street to the north, and also sitting at the border with Edgewater.
