Designs are being reviewed by Pompano Beach’s Development Review Committee for an 8-story mixed-use building proposed for 400 East Atlantic Avenue. Rising approximately 80-feet, the building is designed by renown architect Arquitectonica and developed by Atlantic Estate LLC. The property was purchased by the developer for $3.3 million in November of 2020, which sits just north of a narrow water canal and is about 2.4 miles west of Pompano Beach Pier. Plans call for a 334,442-square-foot structure yielding 204 residential units, 2,723 square feet of retail, 2,486 square feet of amenities and a garage of 260 parking spaces.

Designed by Chicago’s Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture with Revuelta Architecture International as the architect of record and developed by the OKO Group together with London-based Cain International, the luxury condominium tower, addressed as 175 Southeast 25th Road, is projected to rise approximately 579-feet over Biscayne Bay spanning 47-stories with 150-feet of frontage along the waterfront. Construction continues on the massive 3-story parking garage that’ll simultaneously serve as the base and foundation of the tower.
A new residential housing complex is coming soon to Sarasota County. Named “Palm Port Apartments,” the 126-unit development will feature both affordable housing units and units at market rate.
An application has been submitted to Miami-Dade’s Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources requesting approvals for the redevelopment of Parcel A at Treo Somi Station, which involves the construction of a 13-story mixed-use building at the northeastern corner of Southwest 59th Place and Southwest 72nd Street in the City of South Miami. Designed by Modis Architects and developed by TSS Phase II LLC via a land lease with Miami-Dade County, the structure is projected to yield 163 dwelling units dedicated to student housing and 13,384 square feet of ground floor retail. The property is also located along US-1/South Dixie Highway and adjacent to the South Miami Metrorail Station.
Exterior work has entered the final stages on Strategic Property Partners’ (SPP) Tampa EDITION, a 27-story mixed-use skyscraper within the 56-acre Water Street Tampa mega-development in Downtown Tampa. Officially addressed as 1000 Water Street , the 319-foot-tall tower stands along the northwestern corner of the intersection between Water Street and Channelside Drive, and is designed by Morris Adjmi Architects with NBWW Architects as the architect of record. The project yields 38 luxury residences atop a 172-room 5-star hotel with interiors by Roman and Williams, curated via Ian Schrager’s EDITION luxury lifestyle brand.
