BGI Companies and Blue Road Group have broken ground on Alba Palm Beach, a 22-story waterfront residential condominium development located at 4714 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. Designed by locally-based Spina O’Rourke + Partners with Schmidt Nichols as the landscape architect, the 262-foot-tall structure will deliver a collection of 55 boutique luxury residences, including a limited collection of four unique two- and three-story townhomes, each with unobstructed views of the serene Intracoastal Waterway and private plunge pools. Ortega Construction Company is the project’s general contractor, estimated to reach completion in 2025.

Brand Atlantic Real Estate Partners and Wheelock Street Capital are proud to announce the start of construction for 300 Banyan, a 12-story boutique office development located at 300 Banyan Boulevard in the Clematis Waterfront District in West Palm Beach. Designed by Toronto-based B+H Architects Corp. and West local architect Spina ORourke + Partners, plans include 100,000 square feet of Class-A office, 15,000 square feet of private outdoor terrace space, and a 300-space parking garage. 300 Banyan is the second phase of Brand Atlantic’s two-phase, mixed-use commercial development, with 111 Olive already under construction and delivering at the end of 2022. Delivery and occupancy of 300 Banyan are scheduled for early 2024, and pre-leasing efforts for the office space will commence Q3 of 2022. Gilbane Building Co. is the general contractor.

Designed by West Palm Beach-based Spina O’Rourke + Partners with EDSA as the landscape architect and developed by Virginia-based Woodfield Investments LLC, the project comprises of 365 residential units, 2,500 square feet of ground level commercial space, an amenity deck with 53,165 square feet of space and 444 parking spaces. The loan was arranged by BGI Capital for the construction of Alba Palm Beach, a new 22-story waterfront residential condominium development in collaboration with Blue Road Group located at 4714 North Flagler Drive, directly facing the Intracoastal Waterway in the emerging and growing Northwood neighborhood of West Palm Beach. The development is designed by Spina O’Rourke + Partners with Schmidt Nichols as the landscape architect, and is comprised of a collection of 55 luxury condominiums and 4 two- and three-story townhomes. The development has received a strong response with more than 30 percent of the building reserved since launching sales in February 2022.
