Turnberry has completed the foundation pour for ONE Park Tower by Turnberry, a 33-story ultra-luxury condominium tower within the 184-acre master-planned community of SoLé Mia in North Miami. The tower, located at 2411 Laguna Circle, will feature 292 residences overlooking a seven-acre Crystal Lagoon® and natural landscapes. The project is designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Meyer Davis and landscaping by DS Boca.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued permits for One Park Tower by Turnberry (One Park Tower), a 33-story residential development under construction at 2411 Laguna Circle within the 184-acre master-planned community of SoLé Mia in North Miami. Designed by Arquitectonica and developed by the Aventura-based Turnberry, the 370-foot-tall structure will sit south of the community’s 7-acre lagoon and east of SoLé Mia Way. Groundbreaking occurred in January for the tower, projected to yield 869,000 square feet, including 299 condominium residences.
UHealth—University of Miami Health System has announced the topping off of its largest outpatient medical facility, UHealth at SoLé Mia. This facility is part of the 184-acre master-planned community in North Miami, developed by Oleta Partners, a joint venture between developers LeFrak and Turnberry.

The financing deal was orchestrated by Managing Director Scott Wadler, Associate Director Alec Fox, Senior Managing Director Mitch Sinberg, and Managing Directors Brad Williamson and Matt Robbins of Berkadia South Florida. It was closed with Bank OZK on behalf of Turnberry, led by Chairman and CEO Jackie Soffer, on March 25.
