YIMBY has the latest interior renderings of EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater, a 55-story bayfront luxury condominium building planned to rise at 2121 North Bayshore Drive in Edgewater, one of Miami’s premier neighborhoods for luxury high-rise living. Designed by visionary architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia, founder of Arquitectonica, with acclaimed interiors by Studio Munge led by Alessandro Munge, the soaring 649-foot-tall sleek glass tower will comprise 185 bespoke homes and boast over 800 linear feet of bay frontage and uphold the quality of design, services, and amenities, signature to the EDITION brand. Construction is slated to begin in the Summer of 2023, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 36 months.

FAA Approves Three Tower Cranes For Pendry Tampa Site At 103 South Ashley Drive In Downtown Tampa

The Federal Aviation Administration has approved permits for the assemblage and use of three tower cranes at 103 Ashley Drive South in Downtown Tampa. The tower cranes will assist in the vertical construction of Pendry Tampa, a 38-story luxury hotel and residential building planned for a 1.69-acre site beside the Hillsborough River bound by Ashley Drive South on the east, West Whiting Street on the north, East Brorein Street on the south and the Tampa Riverwalk on the west. Designed by world renown architecture firm Arquitectonica with interior design by Studio Munge and developed by South Florida-based real estate development firm Two Roads Development in partnership with Montage International, the California-based hospitality company behind Pendry Hotels & Resorts, the 409-foot-tall structure will yield a 5-star hotel with 220 guest rooms, 207 private Pendry Residences, three signature food and beverage offerings, riverwalk-fronting retail and restaurant outlets alongside more than 11,000 square feet of private event space. Kimley-Horn is the landscape architect and Montage Hotels & Resorts will handle residential management.

Two Roads Development (Two Roads), the developer behind a multitude of successful large scale residential projects in South Florida including the 57-story Elysee Miami and the 52-story Biscayne Beach towers, has unveiled several details on their plans to redevelop a massive 149,000-square-foot bay front property in Edgewater. Poised to become their third development in the neighborhood, the firm is undertaking an ambitious effort to erect three mammoth luxury residential skyscrapers at 2121 North Bayshore Drive. The property is currently improved with the aging 11-story Biscayne 21 Condominium, completed in 1964, and is set to be replaced by structures reaching the maximum allowed FAA height of 649-feet.

Two Roads Development and Alpha Blue Ventures have officially broken ground on Forté, a new 24-story waterfront residential building at 1309 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. The ceremonial event occurred on Thursday March 3, 2022, which was was attended by elected officials, community representatives and future residents. Designed by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica with interiors imagined by Jean-Louis Deniot, the condominium development will boast 41 luxury residences spanning anywhere between 4,200 to 8,400 square feet, configured in three- and four-bedroom floor plans and a crown jewel six-bedroom penthouse spanning 8,900 square feet with an additional 2,000-square-foot private rooftop deck which includes a pool, summer kitchen, cabana bath and unmatched 360-degree views. Over 80% of Forté’s residences have sold, with a majority of the buyers coming from markets across the domestic U.S.
