Designed by Arquitectonica, with ODP Architecture & Design as the architect of record and interiors by Rockwell Group, the tower was developed by Crescent Heights. building rises approximately 428 feet and encompasses over 940,000 square feet of space, including 588 rental units and 50,812 square feet of ground-floor retail. Stiles McHugh, LLC—a joint venture between Stiles Construction and McHugh Construction—served as the general contractor.
