Plans have been filed with Miami-Dade County for a 955 foot mixed-use tower at 130 Biscayne Boulevard, designed by Foster + Partners with Revuelta Architecture serving as architect of record. The development is led by New York City based RFR Realty and also encompasses the properties at 130 Biscayne Boulevard, 146 Biscayne Boulevard, and 141 NE 3rd Avenue. The proposal calls for the demolition of three existing mid-rise structures to make way for a high-rise containing residential, hotel, retail, and parking components.

Alabama-based Blackwater Real Estate has plans for a multi-family housing development in Pasco County. Florida Design Consultants is the engineer; the project itself is set to occupy 30 acres.

The transaction expands Paul’s real estate holdings within the hospitality sector and follows his recent purchase of Avenue Six Studios in Van Nuys and the establishment of Hank’s Café in Century City, California.

Avenia Aventura, Interiors by FENDI Casa, a planned condominium building at 20605 NE 34th Avenue in Aventura, has released a new collection of renderings showcasing its amenity spaces. The 22-unit waterfront development is being led by Vertical Developments, with interiors by FENDI Casa and architectural design by Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design. The project is positioned along Aventura’s canals, with views toward the neighboring golf course, and will feature three- and four-bedroom residences beginning at approximately 3,500 square feet. The development is targeting LEED Gold certification and will provide a marina lounge, fitness facilities, a rooftop pool, and a collection of resident amenities.
