The Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) has voted in favor of a mixed-use development project at 650 Northwest 8th Street and 678 Northwest 7th Street in Overtown, Miami. The planned project, a collaboration between 0101 Miami Properties, LLC, led by Jorge and Jose Mas, and 8th Street Connections Holdings, LLC, an affiliate of Terra, will encompass over 1.8 million square feet., yielding 1,215 residential units, 16,347 square feet of commercial space, and 1,831 parking spaces.

Construction Progress: Airstream Trailer Amenity Installed At Wynhouse Miami

Construction continues progressing on Wynhouse Miami, an 8-story mixed-use building at 2200 Northwest 1st Avenue in the heart of Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. Designed by Nichols Architects with interiors by ID & Design International (IDDI) and developed by Fisher Brothers, the recently topped-off, approximately 115-foot-tall structure will deliver 308 rental residences, approximately 26,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and paseo space, and nearly 25,000 square feet of expansive indoor and outdoor amenities. Delivery of the development is expected in Q1 2025; Suffolk Construction is the general contractor.

Developers Top Off The Tallest Tower Within The 23-Acre Midtown Tampa Mixed-Use Development

The Bromley Companies and their JV partner, Highwoods Properties, Inc., recently topped off construction on Midtown East, the anchor tower within the 23-acre Midtown Tampa mixed-use development. This 18-story tower, designed by Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio, is the tallest building in Tampa’s Westshore district and is slated for completion by 2025. Midtown East encompasses 430,000 square feet of Class A office space, offering column-free floor plates, 360-degree views, and sustainable amenities. Upon completion, Bromley and Highwoods will co-own 143,000 square feet, including five floors of office space (floors 10 through 15) and ground-level retail. The remaining space in Midtown East will become the future headquarters for Tampa Electric and Peoples Gas.
