Development Review Commission Approves Kolter Group’s 41-Story Tower At 200 Central Avenue In St. Petersburg

Delray Beach-based developer Kolter Group is moving forward with the plans for project at 200 Central Avenue, a 41-story mixed-use building planned to rise on an existing grade-level parking lot in Downtown St. Petersburg. Despite some hesitation with the overall design, the city’s Development Review Commission ultimately gave the green light for project and site plan modifications requesting floor area ratio bonuses. Designed by SB Architects, the firm behind the design of Kolter’s One St. Petersburg and Saltaire towers, the structure will rise approximately 480-feet including the decorative crown, and yield 248 residential units, 6,100 square feet of ground floor retail, and 482 parking spaces.

Renderings Reveal 14-Unit Multifamily Development Proposed For 3303 SW 15th Avenue In Edgewood, Fort Lauderdale

Renderings from Palm Springs-based architect Nader Goubran reveal a new contemporary three-story multifamily residential building at 3303 Southwest 15th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale’s Edgewood neighborhood. The project is being proposed by Austen and Steven Bernstein of New Story Capital Partners, set to rise on the southwest corner of Southwest 32nd Place and Southwest 15th Avenue, exactly north of the Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church and just minutes away from the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. The building will eventually create 14 residential units spread across 37,674 square feet with 34 parking spaces.

Final Touches Underway For Moinian Group’s 43-Story Bezel At Miami Worldcenter

The final touches are underway at Bezel, a 43-story mixed-use building located within the 27-acre Miami Worldcenter Complex in Downtown Miami’s Park West district. Designed by Stantec and developed by New York City-based Moinian Group in collaboration with ZOM Living, the  493-foot-tall structure nears completion, addressed as 650 Northeast 2nd Avenue and yielding 434 residential units with ground floor commercial space. The project is scheduled to open to residents on December 15th as leasing efforts are well underway.

A 15-Story Mixed-Use Development With 260 Units Is Proposed Near Downtown St. Petersburg

The Development Review Commission of St. Petersburg is scheduled to review a proposal for Tuxedo Court, a 15-story mixed-use building projected to rise on the northeast corner of 4th Avenue South and 8th Street South near the Downtown area. The 180-foot-tall structure is designed by Kansas-based LK Architecture and being developed by White/Peterman Properties Inc., and would yield 260 residential units across two contemporary towers, and 2,700 square feet of ground floor retail. Although still subject to change, the property is currently addressed as 720 Charles Court South.
