Designed by Behar Font & Partners for Turkish real estate developer Okan Group, the 902-foot-tall structure will be anchored by Hilton Hotel & Residences and yield 163 Sky Residences with exclusive owners-only amenities, 236 Condo-Hotel Residences, a five-star hotel-resort with 316 room and endless amenities, and Class A Office Space. Delray Beach-based developer Kolter Group is moving forward with the plans for project at 200 Central Avenue, a 41-story mixed-use building planned to rise on an existing grade-level parking lot in Downtown St. Petersburg. Despite some hesitation with the overall design, the city’s Development Review Commission ultimately gave the green light for project and site plan modifications requesting floor area ratio bonuses. Designed by SB Architects, the firm behind the design of Kolter’s One St. Petersburg and Saltaire towers, the structure will rise approximately 480-feet including the decorative crown, and yield 248 residential units, 6,100 square feet of ground floor retail, and 482 parking spaces.

Renderings from Palm Springs-based architect Nader Goubran reveal a new contemporary three-story multifamily residential building at 3303 Southwest 15th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale’s Edgewood neighborhood. The project is being proposed by Austen and Steven Bernstein of New Story Capital Partners, set to rise on the southwest corner of Southwest 32nd Place and Southwest 15th Avenue, exactly north of the Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church and just minutes away from the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. The building will eventually create 14 residential units spread across 37,674 square feet with 34 parking spaces.

The final touches are underway at Bezel, a 43-story mixed-use building located within the 27-acre Miami Worldcenter Complex in Downtown Miami’s Park West district. Designed by Stantec and developed by New York City-based Moinian Group in collaboration with ZOM Living, the 493-foot-tall structure nears completion, addressed as 650 Northeast 2nd Avenue and yielding 434 residential units with ground floor commercial space. The project is scheduled to open to residents on December 15th as leasing efforts are well underway.

The Development Review Commission of St. Petersburg is scheduled to review a proposal for Tuxedo Court, a 15-story mixed-use building projected to rise on the northeast corner of 4th Avenue South and 8th Street South near the Downtown area. The 180-foot-tall structure is designed by Kansas-based LK Architecture and being developed by White/Peterman Properties Inc., and would yield 260 residential units across two contemporary towers, and 2,700 square feet of ground floor retail. Although still subject to change, the property is currently addressed as 720 Charles Court South.

YIMBY Scopes Views Of The 62-Story One Thousand Museum In Downtown Miami

YIMBY recently took an exterior walk-through around one of Miami’s most prestigious residential developments, One Thousand Museum, a 62-story ultra-luxury condominium tower located at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard in the Park West district of Downtown Miami. Completed in 2019, the 707-foot-tall structure is designed by the late Zaha Hadid, founder of London-based Zaha Hadid Architects, and developed by 1000 Biscayne Tower LLC, a joint venture between developers Louis Birdman, Gilberto Bomeny, Gregg Covin and Kevin Venger. Standing as the current fifth tallest tower in Miami, the building spans over 950,000 square feet and yields 84 museum-quality residences including duplex townhomes, half-floor residences, full-floor penthouses, and a single duplex penthouse.

The Federal Aviation Administration has received applications seeking approvals for The Gallery at West Brickell, a 321-foot-tall mixed-use project planned for 201 Southwest 10th Street in West Brickell, Miami. Designed by CM Design & Development and developed by Miami-based Related Group along with Miami-Dade County, the project would rise 29 stories at the northwest corner of Southwest 2nd Avenue and Southwest 10th Street, and yield approximately 465 income-restricted residential units, 2,238 square feet of office space, 2,338 square feet of retail and up to 529 parking spaces. The applications for the height approvals were submitted on October 28, 2021.

Aria Development Group has unveiled plans and renderings for their upcoming 40-story tower officially named 501 First Residences in Downtown Miami. Designed by renown architect Revuelta Architecture International with interiors by Shim Projects, the development is located at 501 Northeast 1st Avenue, at the south-western corner of the interior lot with frontage along NE. 1st Ave. facing west, and NE. 5th St. facing south. The tower is expected to yield 448 fully furnished luxury residential units.

Designed by Kobi Karp, the pending tower cluster titled Miami Riverwalk Towers is addressed as 275 Southwest 6th Street in the north-western perimeters of the Brickell neighborhood, spanning 20 plots of land bounded by SW 3rd Ave. to the west, SW 7th Street to the south, SW 2nd Ave. to the east, and SW 5th Street to the north while also adjacent to the river waterfront and nearby the Interstate-95.
