Water Street Tampa Announces Asher & ROOST Apartment Hotel At 1050 Water Street

Real estate development firm Strategic Property Partners (SPP) recently announced Asher, a dynamic, highly amenitized new 22-story apartment tower at 1050 Water Street in Water Street Tampa, the 56-acre neighborhood transforming Downtown Tampa. In addition to offering a collection of rental residences, the developer has teamed up with Method Co., the celebrated Philadelphia-based hospitality company, to bring the first Florida location of their high-design extended-stay concept, ROOST Apartment Hotel, at Asher. The building is designed by Morris Adjmi Architects with ODP Architecture & Design as the architect of record, and will offer a total of 490 thoughtfully-designed rental residences ranging from studio to two-bedroom homes and 30,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

Exterior work is continuing to progress on 1050 Water Street, a 22-story mixed-use building within the 56-acre, $3.5 billion Water Street Tampa mega-development. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects with ODP Architecture & Design as the architect of record, and developed by Strategic Property Partners, the structure rises to 273-feet and will yield approximately 787,808-square-feet of space at completion which includes 511 residential units in a mix of studio – two-bedroom layouts, as well as 30,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

Exterior work has entered the final stages on Strategic Property Partners’ (SPP) Tampa EDITION, a 27-story mixed-use skyscraper within the 56-acre Water Street Tampa mega-development in Downtown Tampa. Officially addressed as 1000 Water Street , the 319-foot-tall tower stands along the northwestern corner of the intersection between Water Street and Channelside Drive, and is designed by Morris Adjmi Architects with NBWW Architects as the architect of record. The project yields 38 luxury residences atop a 172-room 5-star hotel with interiors by Roman and Williams, curated via Ian Schrager’s EDITION luxury lifestyle brand.
