Hospitality and real estate pioneers Rosso Development, Standard International, and Midtown Development have closed on a $45,045,000 construction loan from Bank OZK for the highly anticipated The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami, located at 3100 Northeast 1st Avenue. A JLL Capital Markets Debt Advisory team, led by Managing Director Brian Gaswirth and Associate Jimmy Calvo, represented the developer.
In an anticipated unveiling, Okan Tower, the up-and-coming mixed-use titan set to redefine Downtown Miami’s skyline’s contours, recently showcased its first imagery of its Hilton Hotel. Presented through the lens of the impressive lobby entrance, the reception locale, and the cosmopolitan lobby bar, the distinguished design, an artistic achievement of esteemed interior designer Adil Tunca, captures the viewer’s attention with its expansive and stunning vistas of the pulsating Downtown Miami and the picturesque Biscayne Bay.
A captivating new hero rendering has been unveiled for Okan Tower, a 70-story, tulip-shaped mixed-use tower set to become a landmark in Downtown Miami. Designed by Behar Font & Partners and developed by Okan Group, the 902-foot tall megaplex is located at 555 North Miami Avenue, at the crossroads of culture, entertainment, art, fine dining, and Miami’s waterfront. The development will include residences anchored by a Hilton Hotel, offering a range of exclusive amenities. Upon completion, Okan Tower will yield over 900,000 square feet of space, including a 316-key Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel, 163 Sky Residences with owners-only amenities, 236 Short-Term Rental Residences powered by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and 64,000 square feet of ‘Class A’ office space. The project, exclusively marketed and sold by Fortune Development Sales, is poised to become one of Miami’s tallest towers.
In a groundbreaking ceremony attended by hundreds of neighbors and community stakeholders, Lotus House, the country’s most extensive women’s shelter, marked the commencement of construction on their Children’s Village. Set in Miami’s historic Overtown District, the five-story facility aims to extend the organization’s impact on the community by focusing on children’s and youth’s education, wellness, and special needs.
