Designed by Melo Architecture with G3aec as the architecture of record and developed by Melo Group, the 576-foot-tall building will yield 1,081,913 square feet of space, including 824 residential units, 2,427 square feet of commercial space, and 639 parking spaces with a garage masked with habitable liner.

Exterior Work Progresses On URBAN22 At 2200 Northeast 2nd Avenue In Edgewater, Miami

Exterior work is progressing on URBAN22, a 15-story, twin-towered mixed-use development under construction at 2200 Northeast 2nd Avenue in Edgewater, Miami. Designed by G3aec (G3 Design Build LLC) and developed by Melo Group, the project will yield approximately 708,119 square feet of space, including 441 luxury rental apartments, 7,168 square feet of retail space, 5,692 square feet of office space, and 529 parking spaces. The 176-foot-tall towers topped off in August and are located between Northeast 22nd and 23rd Streets, near the border with Wynwood and the Arts & Entertainment District. Melo Group’s in-house construction firm is serving as the general contractor.

Today, the Development Review Committee of the City of Pompano Beach will consider a major site plan review for Ocean Park Beach Residences, a two-towered luxury residential building proposed to rise 19-stories at 1508 North Ocean Boulevard. Designed by G3aec and developed by Mount Vernon Property Holdings, LLC, an affiliate of Strategic Properties led by founder Tomas Sinisterra, the development is proposed to yield 28 luxury condominium dwelling units and approximately 3,044 square feet of commercial space. The vacant property spans a net 0.62-acres, or 27,045 square feet, and is bound by Northeast 16th Street on the North, North Ocean Boulevard on the West, the La Costa Beach Club Resort on the South and Public Kite Beach fronting the Atlantic Ocean on the East. Pompano Beach-based KEITH is the civil engineer.

Miami-based real estate developer Mount Vernon Property Holdings LLC, led by Tomas Sinisterra, is requesting a major site plan approval from the Development Review Committee for the construction of Ocean Park Beach Residences, a 19-story two-towered mixed-use development which would rise at 1508 North Ocean Boulevard in Pompano Beach. Located on the southwest corner of the intersection between Northeast 16th Street and North Ocean Boulevard (State Road A1A), the vacant interior lot spans 0.62 acres and sits directly west of North Ocean Park and the beachfront. The project is designed by Miami Beach-based G3aec with Pompano Beach-based KEITH as the civil engineer and would rise approximately 205-feet, or 218-feet including the elevator bulkhead. Plans for the project include the development of 28 luxury residential condominiums, approximately 3,044 square feet of ground floor commercial space and 73 parking spaces.
