Nichols Architects-designed Modera Riverside has topped off in downtown Miami. As of Friday, January 26th, the 410-foot-tall structure reached its final height of 36 stories, positioning itself at the intersection of Brickell, Downtown Miami, and the burgeoning Miami River District. The residential tower boasts 428 apartments, offering a diverse range of living spaces from cozy studios to expansive three-bedroom units, catering to a broad spectrum of residents.
