The Sarasota Orchestra recently purchased a vacant 32-acre parcel in Sarasota County. The project will host one of four acoustic music halls in the state, featuring 1,800 seats and ceilings measuring 110 feet high.

According to the company’s website, Florida State Theatre’s Art Plaza (called “Mulva Arts Plaza” in some sources) will measure 11 stories above grade.
Rosewood Residences at Lido Key is scheduled for completion in 2026. The complex will offer 65 condos in Sarasota, Florida. According to sources, the community will “bring a new luxury lifestyle experience to the area and the United States at large.”
Palm Beach, Florida-based real estate development and investment firm Kolter Urban announced the topping off of Bayso Sarasota, an 18-story luxury condominium tower located at 301 Quay Commons in the heart of The Quay Sarasota Waterfront District in Sarasota, Florida. Designed by SB Architects, Bayso Sarasota is the region’s latest luxury address offering 149 residences within the city’s Arts and Culture District, a walkable waterfront setting with proximity to marinas and top dining and entertainment destinations. Kast Construction is the general contractor for the project, slated for completion in Q3 2023.
Strazzera Village Planned Development (known in some documents as “VPD”) is unfolding in Sarasota, Florida. The venture will comprise 1,021 homes on a 439-acre lot, according to Sarasota County records. That’s about 2.29 homes per acre.
