Designed by Arquitectonica with landscape architecture by Urban Robot Associates and developed by Houston-based Bazbaz Development under the Wynwood Owner, LLC, the project encompasses approximately 503,000 square feet of space and features a diverse building program. The development would include 339 residential units totaling 272,087 square feet, 25,653 square feet of retail space, 18,713 square feet of amenities, and 407 on-site parking spaces spread across seven levels. Standing 202 feet tall, the project caters to the needs of residents in an area well-served by transit and transportation options, aligning with the vision for the Wynwood NRD-1 district and introducing much-needed residential units to neighborhood.

Americaribe-Moriarty JV, a joint venture between Bouygues Bâtiment International’s subsidiary Americaribe LLC and John Moriarty & Associates, is the general contractor.

New construction permits have been filed for The Standard Residences, a 12-story mixed-use development planned for 3100 Northeast 1st Avenue in Midtown, Miami. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Urban Robot Associates and developed by Rosso Development under the RM Dev Ventures LLC alongside Midtown Development, the project comprises 228 residential units, 34,000 square feet of amenities, and 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Residences will be delivered move-in ready while simultaneously allowing flexible short-rental programs with 30-day minimum stays up to 12 times per year. An existing garage next door will be utilized for parking purposes. Cavossa Management Inc. is listed as the project’s general contractor. Naturalficial is the landscape architect.

Sumaida + Khurana and Bizzi & Partners, two internationally recognized real estate development firms, announced it will begin leasing and construction in the coming months for their new Class A+ office building designed by renowned Spanish master architect Alberto Campo Baeza alongside Cube 3 as the architect of record named The Fifth Miami Beach. This will be the first commercial building in the United States and the first building in Miami designed by Baeza, who won Spain’s National Prize for Architecture last year. FAA building permits have been filed for LOFTY Brickell, a 44-story residential building planned for 99 Southwest 7th Street along the Miami River in Brickell, Miami. Designed by Arquitectonica with landscape architecture by Urban Robot Associates and interiors by INC for real estate developer Newgard Development Group (Newgard), the 574-foot-tall tower will ultimately contain 364 fully-finished residences in a variety of studio, one- and two-bedroom units, as well as 40,000 square feet of thoughtfully curated amenities. Newgard has also secured a loan valued at $170 million from 3650 REIT to begin construction at the site.
