Just recently, Miami-based real estate developer Newgard Development Group released detailed plans for Lofty Brickell, a mixed-use high rise being planned for 99 Southwest 7th Street on prime Brickell waterfront property facing the Miami River. Located just steps from Brickell City Centre, the building is designed by internationally acclaimed architecture firm Arquitectonica with carefully curated interiors by design firm INC and landscaping by Urban Robot Associates. The development is projected to yield studio, one and two-bedroom residences ranging between 436 to 985 square feet priced from $490,000 to $1.3 million, with Cervera Real Estate handling sales and marketing.
New York City-based Standard International and Rosso Development have teamed up with real estate investment firm Midtown Development to announce the launch of The Standard Residences, a 12-story mixed-use development planned for 3100 Northeast 1st Avenue in Midtown, Miami. Designed by international architecture firm Arquitectonica with interiors by Urban Robot Associates, the project is the first of it’s kind for the hospitality brand, offering 228 fully-appointed, move-in ready residences while simultaneously allowing flexible short-rental programs with 30-day minimum stays up to 12 times per year. The structure will also include 34,000 square feet of amenities and 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail.

The 588-foot-tall structure is designed by international architecture firm Arquitectonica and developed by Sixth Street Miami Partners LLC. The development is planned to yield nearly 932,859 square feet of combined space between a mix of dwelling and lodging units, office spaces, retail venues and a parking garage. Located just south of the Miami Worldcenter complex, the property is bounded by Northeast 1st Avenue to the west, Northeast 6th Street to the south and Northeast 2nd Avenue to the east.

The tower is expected to yield 932,839 square feet of space and intends to service the home-sharing and short-term-rental industry.
