After reaching a settlement agreement with city officials, the Apollo Cos. is moving forward with Oasis at Doral. The mixed-use project will rest on an 18-acre site. Per the South Florida Business Journal, the multi-building project would offer 630 multi-family units, with 40 percent (252 homes) set aside as workforce housing.
West Palm Beach-based real estate firm Shoreham Capital has broken ground on Siesta Lakes, a 412-unit Class-A rental community in Cape Coral, Florida, in partnership with Bridge Investment Group and Wynkoop Financial. The team secured a $66 million construction loan, and Curran Young Construction (CYC) has been selected as the general contractor. The project is expected to be completed by Q2 2025.

Visions Resort & Spa has officially broken ground, marking the start of construction on the initial phase of the $170 million mixed-use resort community. Designed by Concepto Taller de Arquitectura with interiors by CastillonVanHam and developed by Urban Network Capital Group (UNCG) in partnership with Vertical Developments, the wellness-forward master-planned community will feature luxury single-family homes and townhomes, a 180-unit condo-hotel, and 70,000 square feet of retail space. Residences are designed for short-term stays, allowing owners to rent them through the property’s exclusive hotel program.
Developers hope to get approval for a luxury housing development across from the University of Miami in Coral Gables. The Gables Waterway would rest on a 4.8-acre lot, offering 251 condos divided between a nine- and 13-story building.
