Jebcore Companies, WMG Development, and Hilton have announced Waldorf Astoria Residences Sarasota, an 18-story residential tower with 86 residences planned for 1390 Main Street at the Five Points Roundabout in downtown Sarasota. The development will replace the existing Zenith Building, its attached parking structure, and an adjacent two-story commercial building at 40 South Pineapple Avenue. ODP Architecture & Design is listed as the architect, with interiors by Workshop/APD. The project will contain 86 private residences, with construction anticipated to begin in late 2026.
