The site occupies the northernmost point of Harbor Island. Currently, it houses the now-shuttered Biscayne Sea Club, a 1955-built co-op community consisting of two three-story buildings with 51 residential units.

The operation involved approximately nine continuous hours of pouring, using 520 cubic yards of concrete, 60 tons of reinforcing steel, and 60 truckloads of material.
