The development is rising from a waterfront parcel officially addressed as 99 SE 5th Street according to permits, though it is widely marketed under the address 444 Brickell Avenue, reflecting its frontage along the avenue. The project is being developed by Related Group and GTIS Partners, with John Moriarty & Associates serving as general contractor, Arquitectonica as architect, Meyer Davis handling interiors, and Enzo Enea leading landscape design. Upon completion, the tower is expected to rise around 835 feet at the mouth of the Miami River.

Superstructure Work on 2900 Terrace Progresses in Edgewater, Miami

Superstructure work is beginning to intensify at 2900 Terrace, a 32-story multifamily tower rising at 401 NE 29th Street in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Designed by Arquitectonica and developed by Oak Row Equities and LNDMRK Development, the 362-foot-tall structure is expected to yield more than 360,000 square feet of space, according to the master permit. The project will contain 324 rental units, 15,536 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and parking for up to 504 vehicles within its podium. Coastal Construction is serving as the general contractor, with L&R Structural acting as the shell contractor overseeing the tower’s concrete frame. NE 29th Terrace bounds the approximately 1.5-acre development site to the north, NE 4th Avenue to the west, and NE 29th Street to the south.
