Sage Intracoastal Residences, a 28 story boutique condominium tower at 900 Intracoastal Drive in Fort Lauderdale, has broken ground. Designed by Fort Lauderdale based FSMY Architects with interiors by BAMO and developed by Property Markets Group (PMG), the development will sit along 200 linear feet of the Intracoastal Waterway and will comprise 44 luxury residences with enhanced privacy through just two homes per floor.
