A shoreline development review application has been filed with Miami-Dade County for a waterfront residential development at 8000 East Drive in North Bay Village. Submitted on February 6, 2026, the filing covers the bayfront parcels at 8000 East Drive and the adjacent 7946 East Drive site on Harbor Island, and outlines plans for a two-tower condominium development rising 498 feet, with each structure reaching 43 stories and yielding a combined 364 condominium residences ranging from one- to four-bedroom layouts, supported by an attached parking structure with approximately 800 parking spaces.

Construction has officially commenced at Prescott Estates, a boutique single-family waterfront development rising on a 1.4-acre site within Miami’s historic Bayside District. The project will introduce five waterfront residences along approximately 345 linear feet of open bay frontage overlooking Biscayne Bay, Downtown Miami, and Miami Beach.

Vertical construction has topped out at Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach, a 10-story luxury condominium development rising along South Florida’s Millionaire’s Mile in Hillsboro Beach. The project is being developed by Related Group and Dezer Development and marks the first hospitality-branded condominium development in the area.

UNO South Pointe, a Class A office building located at 119 Washington Avenue in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood, has completed a comprehensive interior renovation and has unveiled plans for a vertical expansion introducing a new trophy office suite titled The Penthouse at UNO South Pointe. The new penthouse level, encompassing approximately 10,069 square feet, is planned above the existing seventh floor and is scheduled for delivery in early 2027.

Vertical construction at One Park Sarasota is approaching completion, with structural work now reaching Level 17 of the 18-story luxury condominium tower rising at 20 N Lemon Avenue in Sarasota’s Downtown Waterfront District. The project, designed by Sarasota-based Hoyt Architects, is being developed by Property Markets Group in partnership with MoneyShow, with Juneau Construction overseeing construction.
