Construction has reached 872 feet at Cipriani Residences Miami, an 80-story condominium tower rising at 1420 South Miami Avenue in Brickell. Developed by Mast Capital and designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by 1508 London, the building has surpassed the 868-foot roof height of Panorama Tower and now temporarily stands as the tallest residential tower in the city. Moss Construction is serving as the general contractor.

Concord Wilshire Capital has closed on the $60 million acquisition of a 43-acre development site at the intersection of State Road 7 and Southern Boulevard in Royal Palm Beach, advancing plans for the rebranding and redevelopment of the property formerly known as Tuttle Royale. The site, which has also been identified in trade coverage as 10629 Acme Road, is planned for a large-scale mixed-use village with 401 multifamily residences, approximately 426,764 square feet of retail space, a 125-key hotel, and an approximately 82,875-square-foot office building.

Groundbreaking has taken place for Icon Tallahassee, a nine-story, 804-bed student housing development at 730 W Gaines Street near Florida State University in Tallahassee. The more than $100 million project is being developed by Park7 Group and built by Hoar Construction, with Boarman Kross Vogel Group, Inc. serving as architect, landscape architect, and mechanical, electrical, and structural engineer, Moore Bass Consulting, Inc. as civil engineer, and Susan Brown Design Associates as interior designer. Completion is slated for fall 2028.

Construction is underway on Plant Street Commons, a mixed-use development from Atrium Development Group at 419 W. Plant Street in downtown Winter Garden. RLH Construction LLC is the general contractor, Silling Architects is the architect, Atwell is the civil engineer and surveyor, and SouthState Bank is providing construction financing. The site is bounded by Plant Street to the south, North Central Avenue to the east, and Bay Street to the north. Atrium broke ground on August 27, 2025, and completion is targeted for late 2026.

Construction is nearing completion on The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens, a 106-unit waterfront condominium development at 2200 PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens. Developed by Catalfumo Companies and built by Seawood Builders, the project occupies the last 14 contiguous acres of Intracoastal waterfront in the Palm Beach Gardens Marina District and consists of three six-story buildings designed by Spina O’Rourke + Partners, with hospitality interiors by Susurrus and model residential interiors by Decorators Unlimited. Completion is expected in late summer.
