Naftali Group Files Plans For Mixed-Use Development With Two Towers At 201 N. Federal Highway In Fort Lauderdale

New York City-based Naftali Group has filed plans for 201 North Federal Highway, a two-tower mixed-use development of 47 and 44 stories proposed in Fort Lauderdale’s downtown core. Designed by Arquitectonica with landscape architecture from ESDA, Inc., and Kimley-Horn as the civil engineer and traffic engineer, the proposal calls for 1,483,708 square feet of space, including 824 residential units, 19,391 square feet of amenities, 10,399 square feet of commercial/retail space, and 877 parking spaces across two towers of approximately 509 feet and 493 feet over a multi-story podium. The approximate 1.52-acre property is located at the corner of Northeast 2nd Street and North Federal Highway; Toothaker is the land-use attorney.

Developers Lock In $215 Million In Construction Financing For The Wynwood Plaza

L&L Holding Company and Oak Row Equities announced they have closed on $215 million in construction financing for The Wynwood Plaza, a one-million-square-foot campus that will bring class-AAA office, residential, retail, and outdoor space to 95 NW 29th Street in Miami’s famed Wynwood Arts District. The developers, alongside project partner Shorenstein Properties LLC and co-investor Claure Group, secured the loan from Bank OZK. With full project financing now in place, major construction will commence immediately, with anticipated completion in 2025.

Site Plans Filed For 33-Acre Mixed-Use Waterfront Development ‘Ybor Harbor’ In Tampa

A rezoning application for Ybor Harbor, a dynamic new 33-acre mixed-use waterfront development surrounding Ybor Channel, was filed with the City of Tampa late Thursday. The project, at the northern terminus of Ybor Channel, is being developed by Darryl Shaw and could yield up to 6 million square feet, including  2,586 residential units and 140,400 square feet of general office, 375 hotel rooms, and 292,260 square feet of commercial retail space. Working with Port Tampa Bay, the Ybor Harbor plans envision opening a section of the waterfront to the public that is currently restricted. Activation will include a boardwalk with restaurant and retail uses, piers, boat slips, floating docks, and green space.

Developers File FAA Building Permits For The Crosby At Miami Worldcenter

The Federal Aviation Administration is reviewing building permit applications for The Crosby, a 33-story mixed-use building planned at 601 North Miami Avenue within the 27-acre Miami Worldcenter mixed-use complex in Park West, Downtown Miami. Designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates and developed by Related Group and Merrimac Ventures under the DT G Block LLC, the project will yield 450 fully finished and furnished condominium units spread across 387,355 square feet with interiors by AvroKO, as well as 22,000 square feet of amenities and 3,370 square feet of retail space. Beauchamp Construction is the general contractor for the project.
