UNO South Pointe, a Class A office building located at 119 Washington Avenue in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood, has completed a comprehensive interior renovation and has unveiled plans for a vertical expansion introducing a new trophy office suite titled The Penthouse at UNO South Pointe. The new penthouse level, encompassing approximately 10,069 square feet, is planned above the existing seventh floor and is scheduled for delivery in early 2027.

Vertical construction at One Park Sarasota is approaching completion, with structural work now reaching Level 17 of the 18-story luxury condominium tower rising at 20 N Lemon Avenue in Sarasota’s Downtown Waterfront District. The project, designed by Sarasota-based Hoyt Architects, is being developed by Property Markets Group in partnership with MoneyShow, with Juneau Construction overseeing construction.

GL Homes has closed on the first phase of a 192-acre land acquisition in the City of Westlake, increasing its total land holdings within the master-planned municipality to more than 300 acres. The newly acquired property will serve as the foundation for Silver Lake, a planned single-family residential community expected to include more than 1,000 homes.

New renderings have been released for The William Residences, a 26-story luxury condominium tower planned for North Miami Beach. The project is being developed by Blue Road in partnership with Ilia Development Group and will deliver 374 residential units. The visuals provide a first look at the project’s social and recreational amenity spaces, organized as a 40,000-square-foot interconnected lifestyle program spanning the ninth floor and rooftop levels.

The Miami Beach Historic Preservation Board is scheduled to review a proposed outdoor amenity redevelopment at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach during its meeting on Tuesday, February 10. The review represents a key step in determining how the landmark oceanfront resort at 4441 Collins Avenue may update its facilities while maintaining its historic character.
