The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami has paid off its $45,045,000 construction loan from Bank OZK as the 12-story condominium at 3100 NE 1st Avenue approaches opening in Midtown Miami. Designed by Arquitectonica and developed by Rosso Development, Hyatt, and Midtown Development, the project yields 228-units featuring interiors by Urban Robot in collaboration with The Standard’s in-house design team and landscape design by Naturalficial.

Administrative Site Plan Review has been filed for Amani Residences, a proposed affordable and workforce housing development at 2301 NW 54th Street in Miami’s Model City neighborhood. The proposal calls for three two-story multifamily townhouse buildings containing 25 income-restricted rental units across a 1.23-acre site. The development is being advanced by Affordable Living Opportunity Fund Inc., with OLR Architect serving as the architect.

FAA filings have been submitted for a 695-foot-tall tower at 20 NE 8th Street on Block E within the Miami Worldcenter complex in Downtown Miami. Designed by Nichols Architects and developed by New York City-based Lalezarian Properties, the structure appears to correspond with Phase 2B of Miami World Towers, a future phase planned for the south-central portion of the block. The filings, identified as ASN 2026-ASO-8298-OE through 2026-ASO-8300-OE, were submitted on May 21, 2026 by MWT X LLC, an affiliate of the developer, and are currently under aeronautical study by the Federal Aviation Administration, with the structure rising between 707 and 708 feet above sea level.

FAA determinations have been issued for eight proposed high-rise towers associated with the planned redevelopment of The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale. The filings, issued on May 13, 2026 to FLL GALLERIA VENTURE, LLC and addressed to Ron Tencer of InSite Group, list eight structures labeled B1 through B8, each rising 342 feet above ground level, or approximately 350 feet above sea level. The filings were granted “Determination of No Hazard to Air Navigation” status through the FAA’s OE/AAA system,

Skanska has delivered the $34.69 million Fair Oaks Recreation Complex at 3400 East Louisiana Avenue in East Tampa. Designed by Howard + Associates and Convergence Design, and built by Skanska under a design-build delivery model, the newly completed 10.25-acre recreational campus is centered around a new 33,055-square-foot recreation center replacing the former facility.
