Fortune International Group and Château Group have secured $113.75 million in development financing for the North Tower of The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami, an oceanfront condominium development at 18801 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. The loan, provided by City National Bank of Florida and arranged by Berkadia’s Miami office, will support pre-development activity as the North Tower approaches a planned summer groundbreaking. The project is designed by Arquitectonica and is being built by Coastal Construction.

One Twenty Brickell Signature Residences has been announced as a 40-story condominium tower in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. The project is being developed by PMG and designed by Sieger Suarez Architects as the second phase of the One Twenty Brickell development, following the sellout of One Twenty Brickell Residences at 120 Southwest 8th Street. Construction is already underway and backed by a secured construction loan, with PMG Residential exclusively handling sales.

Construction is nearing completion on The Regency, a 300-unit apartment community at 1601 Maguire Road in Ocoee. Developed by Orlando-based Selnik Development, the project spans roughly 17 acres between Florida’s Turnpike and State Road 50. The development consists of seven four-story residential buildings arranged in a low-rise, garden-style configuration and is planned to open this July. ContraVest is the general contractor.

Construction has topped off on La Baia North, an eight-story, 57-residence boutique bayfront condominium at 9481 East Bay Harbor Drive in Bay Harbor Islands. Developed by Continuum Company and designed by Luis Revuelta, with interiors by Durukan Design and landscaping and pool design by C. Wright Studios, the waterfront project is being built by Jacob Companies, with Continuum Construction Team serving as owner’s representative. Completion is anticipated in 2027.

Related Group and BH Group have secured $360 million in construction financing from Tyko Capital for Icon Beach Waterfront Residences, a planned 38-story condominium tower along South Ocean Drive in Hollywood Beach. Designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates, with interiors by Meyer Davis and landscape architecture by Witkin Hults + Partners, the development is planned to contain 350 waterfront residences with access to an on-site marina and full-service beach club. Construction is expected to begin in May, with completion anticipated in 2028.
