New interior details and renderings have been revealed for The Delmore, a 12-story ultra-luxury oceanfront condominium rising in Surfside. The project is being developed by East Oceanside Development, a subsidiary of DAMAC International, with architecture by Zaha Hadid Architects and interiors by HBA Residential, the specialist residential arm of Hirsch Bedner Associates. ODP Architects serves as the architect of record.

North Development has announced House of Wellness Brickell, a 34-story condominium tower planned for 152 SW 9th Street in Brickell. The project marks the developer’s House of Wellness brand’s debut and is entering its pre-construction phase as sales begin. Architecture is led by Studio MC+G Architecture, with interior design by Urban Robot Associates. The building will be professionally operated and managed by North Management, with exclusive sales and marketing led by Fortune Development Sales.

Kempinski Group has unveiled Kempinski Residences Miami Design District, its first branded residential project in the United States. The two-tower development is planned for 3801 and 3883 Biscayne Boulevard at the gateway to the Miami Design District. The project is being developed by DaGrosa Capital Development Partners, with architecture by Arquitectonica, interiors by Rockwell Group, landscape architecture by Enea, and sales led by ISG World. Completion is slated for the fourth quarter of 2029.

Construction is underway on a $400 million renovation of Camping World Stadium at 1 Citrus Bowl Place near Downtown Orlando, in the city’s West Lakes area adjacent to Parramore and Lake Lorna Doone Park. The project, funded entirely through Orange County’s Tourist Development Tax, represents the most extensive overhaul of the venue since its 2014 reconstruction and is scheduled for completion by summer 2027.

MICL and Admire Capital have announced The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Fort Lauderdale Beach, a 13-story dual-tower waterfront residential development planned for 551 Bayshore Drive in Fort Lauderdale. Designed by Garcia Stromberg with interiors by Dan Fink Studio, the boutique project will comprise 83 private residences positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Plans call for a limited collection of two- and three-bedroom homes with dens, ranging from approximately 1,550 to 3,480 square feet, and six penthouses with ceiling heights up to 11 feet. The massing of the two 13-story structures responds to the waterfront setting, with layouts oriented to maximize natural light, cross-breezes, and views of both the Intracoastal and the Atlantic Ocean.
