Construction is continuing to rise on Bentley Residences Miami, a 62-story residential tower at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Bentley Motors and developed by Dezer Development, the 716-foot-tall structure will yield 216 condominium residences with private in-unit sky garages accessed by the patented Dezervator vehicle elevator system. Coastal Construction is overseeing construction, and completion is anticipated in 2028.

Construction has commenced on Serenity Gardens, a 153-unit affordable senior housing community in Miami Gardens, following a groundbreaking ceremony held by SG Holdings and New Urban Development LLC, an affiliate of the Urban League of Greater Miami. The development is being built on city-leased land in partnership with the City of Miami Gardens and is expected to be completed in late 2028.

Prosper Group and Versluys Group have closed on a three-parcel waterfront assemblage in Brickell for $50 million, advancing plans for a proposed 60-story luxury residential tower along the Miami River. The approximately one-acre assemblage, w which includes 66 SW 6th Street, 625 SW 1st Avenue, and a riverfront parcel that was previously a part of 99 SW 7th Street that has yet to be assigned an address, was acquired from Two Roads Development and Newgard Development Group. Miami-based Vaster provided a $30.5 million acquisition loan for the transaction.

Construction is progressing on Mr. C Hotel & Residences West Palm Beach, a 27-story mixed-use tower at 320 Lakeview Avenue in Downtown West Palm Beach. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Meyer Davis and developed by Terra and Sympatico Real Estate, the development will yield 110 hotel suites and 146 branded residences, including a collection of turnkey, move-in-ready resort residences. KAST Construction is the general contractor.

Construction is progressing on 10 and 15 CityPlace, two office towers rising within the CityPlace district in Downtown West Palm Beach. Developed by Related Ross, the pair of buildings will introduce nearly one million square feet of office space upon completion. The 470,000-square-foot 10 CityPlace is designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, while the adjacent 25-story, 490,000-square-foot 15 CityPlace is designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Fogarty Finger.
