Dream Finders Homes has acquired 60 residential lots for approximately $12 million in Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, for The Townes at Avian, a planned townhome community off Military Trail. Godart Florida Real Estate Investments arranged the transaction on behalf of the Jacksonville-based homebuilder, marking its first community in Palm Beach County.
Prosper Group and Versluys Group have announced Bugatti Residences Miami, a 60-story residential tower planned at 75 SW Miami Avenue Road in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. Designed by Brandon Haw Architecture, with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg, the $650 million development will yield 183 residences, including four penthouses. The project marks Bugatti’s first branded residential development in the United States.
Construction has topped off on The Rider Residences, a 12-story condominium development at 94 NE 29th Street in Miami. Developed by Ciprés and Rilea Group and designed by Deforma Studio, with interiors by RADYCA, the building will yield 152 residences and approximately 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and rooftop food-and-beverage space. Beauchamp Construction serves as the general contractor.
Pebb Capital has secured $223 million in refinancing for Sundy Village, a seven-acre mixed-use campus at 22 West Atlantic Avenue in Downtown Delray Beach. Designed by Gensler and RLC Architects, with Bluewater Builders serving as general contractor, the development combines office, retail, and dining space with restored historic buildings near the intersection of Atlantic and Swinton Avenues. J.P. Morgan and Hudson Bay Capital provided the financing.
Construction has topped off on Aventana, a 16-story residential development at 19640 West Dixie Highway near Brightline Aventura Station. Developed by Pinnacle and Ram Realty Advisors and designed by Baker Barrios Architects, the building will yield 334 apartments, including 34 workforce housing units, and 3,340 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Kaufman Lynn Construction is the general contractor.
