Sephora, Lucid Motors, Bowlero Ink Leases At $4 Billion Miami Worldcenter Development

Miami Worldcenter, the 27-acre – $4 billion mixed-use development led by Art Falcone, Nitin Motwani and CIM Group, has signed on three new major retail tenants to lease up space. Multinational beauty retailer Sephora, electric vehicle manufacturer Lucid Motors, and bowling chain Bowlero will occupy a combined 60,000 square feet of space. Leasing is being led by the CIM Group and Miami-based The Comras Company, and are scheduled to open retail venues in 2022.

Kushner Companies Applies For Two Tower Cranes At 2000 Biscayne Boulevard

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has received applications from New York City’s Kushner Companies seeking approvals for the assemblage of two tower cranes at 2000 Biscayne Boulevard. The pair would rise 487-feet and 527-feet to assist in the vertical construction of Kushner’s 36-story, 408-foot-tall residential building proposed for the Edgewater site. The structure is designed by Dorsky + Yue International Architecture.

Renderings Revealed For The Arcadian At 640 NW 7th Avenue In Fort Lauderdale’s Historic Sistrunk District

Renderings have been revealed for The Arcadian, an 8-story large scale mixed-use building proposed to rise at 640 Northwest 7th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale’s Sistrunk District. Seeking approvals for construction, the project has been added to the city’s Development Review Committee agenda for October 12, 2021. Coral-Gables based Behar Font & Partners is leading the design of the building for developer and owner Fuse Group Investment Companies. The property is located near the booming Flagler Village area, nestled in between Northwest 6th and 7th Avenues and Northwest 6th and 7th Streets, and is projected to yield 542,809 square feet including 492 dwelling units, 14,702 square feet of commercial space and 618 parking spaces.

Hines Acquires FAT Village Development Assemblage In Fort Lauderdale For Over $57 Million

Houston-based developer Hines has purchased the entire 5.49-acre development assemblage for FAT Village (Flagler. Arts. Technology), a massive 835,000-square-foot mixed-use project proposed for the booming Flagler Village north of Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Originally assembled and proposed by Alan Hoopers’s Urban Street Development, and Tim Petrillo’s Restaurant People, Hines bought the sites from them for $57.41 million. SB Architects and EDSA, Inc, are leading the design for what is to become the largest real estate project in the district, projected to yield 500 residential units, 350,000 square feet of offices, and 71,000 square feet of ground floor retail.

Make-A-Wish Foundation is set to break ground on their new home in South Florida at 343 Northwest 6th Street in Miami’s Overtown district. The 30,000-square-foot structure will rise 5 stories and 85-feet tall, serving as the permanent headquarters for the non-profit organization. Miami-based world-renowned Arquitectonica is behind the design of the leaning glass structure pictured in the renderings, which is planned to yield 15,000 square feet of event and office space.
